Dr. Michélle Booysen, CEO of Pétanque NXT, merges Law and Economics expertise to drive client collaboration for change. She revolutionized change management with the VizPro® Process Mapping Approach, earning three international awards. Leading Pétanque NXT and aiding C-suite executives, she aligns business goals with processes, people, and technology. Based in The Hague and Cape Town, she spearheads Pétanque NXT's European expansion as a co-founder and shareholder of Pétanque Group. Over 22 years, the medium-sized company has served 120 clients, offering process, project, and change management services spanning data, automation, blockchain, M&A, systems integration, and performance improvement.
Ivanna Granelli established Can!Do 30 years ago and has led the company ever since. A teacher by training, Ivanna moved into the corporate world as an IT trainer at SAPPI and First Paper House between 1991 and 1993.
She decided in 1994 to create a business that combined her twin passions for education and business, and established Can!Do with the vision of helping companies to unlock the business value of their ERP systems through end-user training. Her entrepreneurial flair and her ability to offer practical solutions to complex issues continue to define Can!Do’s business 30 years after it was founded. Can!Do Consulting services are used by some of the South Africa’s largest companies across a variety of industries spanning financial services, mining, energy, healthcare, insurance, retail and telecommunications. Can!Do clients include AECI, Anglo America, Anglo Gold Ashanti, Anglo Platinum, Clicks, Coca Cola Beverages, De Beers, First National Bank, Growthpoint, Massdiscounters, Media 24, MTN, Netcare, Nandos, Pepsico, Netcare, Spar, Takealot and UPD. Ivanna has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Unisa as well as a Higher Diploma in Education from the Johannesburg College of Education and a further Diploma in Education from Unisa.
Dr Jeanne Fredericks is a data evangelist and seasoned educator with a passion for demystifying the world of data, strategy, change and transformation. As a Social Scientist, she has years of experience in the field of collecting and analysing data to tell stories that lead to significant business improvement. She owns a consulting firm, The Change Hub, that specialises in Organisational Transformation, where she works with top-listed JSE companies and global conglomerates to align their people, processes, and technologies with their strategies. Dr Fredericks holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and is a sought-after speaker in Data, Strategy, and Business Change & Transformation. She also has standing invitations from UCT, the University of the Western Cape, and the Stellenbosch University Business School to bring industry knowledge into the classroom.

Vincent Labuschagne has over 20 years experience in business operations and has successfully setup the operations of multiple business in different sectors from multi-million Rand SMME’s to multi-billion Rand enterprises. With a passion for efficiency, he has developed a skill set in leveraging technology (robotic process automation being one of them) as an enabler of the efficient business.
Dr. Annelize Booysen is recognized as one of the Top 100 Women of the Future in Emerging Tech and is the founder-architect of Your Global Village, a future-focused global business community. As a global citizen who has lived in 9 countries on 4 continents, she leverages her international perspective and background in economics to support businesses in preparing for the Future of Business. A former university lecturer, Dr. Booysen has pivoted to focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. She created TechEdge Business, a series of workshops designed to equip forward-thinking business owners with the knowledge to effectively navigate and apply AI and emerging technologies in their operations. Additionally, she hosts Immersive Tech Masterminds and has been a featured speaker at workshops, international conferences, and industry summits. She is an active member of the Meta Shapers and Top 100 communities, connecting with a global network of renowned Frontier Technology experts. While her focus is on tech, she isn’t a “techie,” making her relatable to a wide audience. Years of experience in serving businesses with systems and structures have given her a deep understanding of the need for results and outcomes. Dr. Booysen brings this understanding and structure to her consulting and training, ensuring clients unlock their potential and gain a competitive edge.
