Meet The Panel
Michélle Booysen, co-founder, co-owner and CEO of Pétanque NXT, is an economist with 30+ years’ experience in business development, strategy design, implementation and continuous improvement. Her focus is on simplifying complex business matters through the use of image-rich storyboarding techniques and 4th IR technologies to make it easy for all to understand and incorporate into improved ways of working and being. With the Petanque NXT Team, she has conceptualized and successfully brought to market, a number of new products that addressed market needs and continue to bring value.
Vincent Labuschagne is the Chief Operating Officer of Pétanque NXT and holds a BCom in Accounting, a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and certifications in Agile Project Management, Lean Management, Consumer Protection, ITIL, RPA, Performance Coaching, Property Asset Management and Commercial Law. He has over a decade of experience at C-Suite/Director level with nine of those years spent in project management and implementation of multi-divisional digital transformation projects. Vincent has built the operations of two multi-million dollar businesses from the ground up developing expertise in orchestrating and optimizing systems and processes in business operations.
As the PMO Director of Pétanque NXT, MJ specialises in Project, Program, Portfolio and Project Office Management combined with Change Management. She has deep experience in both technical and business results IT management. MJ is an accredited PMP®, qualified as an ISO27001 Lead Implementer and a Prosci ADKAR Change Manager. She firmly believes that the success of programs and projects significantly increases by combining project and change management. She also specialises in business process improvement as an element of continuous improvement applying the Pètanque NXT award-winning VizPro® methodology in combination with PRESTO.
Andrew Lenti is the General Manager and Co-Founder at TOPP Tactical Intelligence of London. TOPP TI is the maker of PRESTO Continuous Improvement, business process optimisation platform and software-as-a-service offering. Andrew has a background in Lean Six Sigma and has deep experience in CI, and spent a number of years as head of CI at StateStreet Corp.
