Michélle Booysen, co-founder, co-owner and CEO of Pétanque NXT, is an economist with 30+ years’ experience in business development, strategy design, implementation and continuous improvement. Her focus is on simplifying complex business matters through the use of image-rich storyboarding techniques and 4th IR technologies to make it easy for all to understand and incorporate into improved ways of working and being. With the Petanque NXT Team, she has conceptualized and successfully brought to market, a number of new products that addressed market needs and continue to bring value.
Vincent Labuschagne is the Chief Operating Officer of Pétanque NXT and holds a BCom in Accounting, a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and certifications in Agile Project Management, Lean Management, Consumer Protection, ITIL, RPA, Performance Coaching, Property Asset Management and Commercial Law. He has over a decade of experience at C-Suite/Director level with nine of those years spent in project management and implementation of multi-divisional digital transformation projects. Vincent has built the operations of two multi-million dollar businesses from the ground up developing expertise in orchestrating and optimizing systems and processes in business operations.
Nicolene Schoeman-Louw founded SchoemanLaw Inc in 2007 and is now the firm's Managing Director. She is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director of PocketAdvisor (Pty) Ltd. Also, she is a legal tech enthusiast. This passion has led to the creation of Contracts4biz, a contract builder tool for small businesses and SMEs ensuring that entrepreneurs have access to these critical success factor legal resources. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Conveyancer, Notary Public, Mediator and Internationally Certified Legal Project Practitioner; with a passion for entrepreneurship and helping decision-makers reach their most ambitious personal and business goals.
Following 20+ years in nuclear power as a senior project manager, Susan retired to fulfill a dream of raising her son to be a global citizen and live on every continent before he left home for college. When covid stopped their travels in SE Asia, she decided to start a business, sharing her personal experience, knowledge and passion for financial literacy and investment that she acquired over 40 years of active investing. She loves to work with independent, adventurous women who want to have a similar life of freedom as she has. Today, Susan and her son are back in America, continuing their nomadic lifestyle in an RV, and building Wealthy Wise Woman as a global financial education business incorporating 21st century investment opportunities.
